5-Users from Singapore and 3-users in Hong Kong that have access to both SG and HK GNET Server

The HK BBG gateway server (GCMHKBB001) is configured as a "Workgroup" server and is not joined to the Active Directory (AD). The shared folder on the server is accessible to "everyone," but it is specifically shared with the local user account named "gnet-user." As you may be aware, the SG workstations were manually mapped to the Y drive using the credentials of "gnet-user" and the corresponding password. The mapping was set to "reconnect" automatically.

Username: GCCSGBB01\GNET-user or GCCHKBB01\GNET-user or just gnet-user

Use the below DVLS account to map the drive for user.
(The below IP is for HK BBG server, you can check the IP for SG BBG server in ConnectWise)

Make sure to check Remember my Credentials.

Ensure to let user know to test that the drive mapping remains after reboot.
