DAC - How to access Citrix for Eze OMS
Purpose
The purpose of this article is to understand how Citrix access has been setup and relaying the information to EZe team.
Request will be submitted to us by SS&C Technologies (S) Pte Ltd / EZE
Logins will be created and configured by Systems Team. Support will be the one to relay the credentials and steps below to the end user.

Steps
1. Launch Remote Desktop app from your PC.
2. Once opened, Click Add > Workspaces > Enter the URL: https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery and hit subscribe
3. You will be prompted MS sign-in and enter the credentials provided by Systems Team or can be found in (Devolutions)
