EFH new user creation

Purpose: Creating new USER for EFH
Client: EFH


Perform steps below:
  1.  Go to NCentral (https://advantage.purpleguys.com/and) login to EFH-KRO-ADS-01 -> Users and create user account. Also check proper naming convention and save the username and password to Devolution. 




2. Create password under Devolutions use 10 characters. Please be careful on the password which include letter ( I,j and zero 0) selected the best practice password with clear letters.  


3. Then work on O365 Admin Center create the email address and password (save the credential to Devolution) Add the license and save the settings. 

4. Send the credential via phone or WhatsApp to the requestor. 

5.  Once done, reply to the ticket request in a polite and kind approach. Then to Email help@purpleguys.com cc Dave Keller dave.keller@purpleguys.com TGP will add the new user for additional membership (distribution list, security group etc.) note we only have limited access on EFH O365 Admin Portal.

       For new PC setup Onsite Support IT are installing the applications that are needed.  

  1. BCT can assist the onsite IT engineer via remote for Outlook setup. 

  1. OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint, Central agent, and Printer setup.
