 Steps

1.      Check first the ticket and review every details the user given on this email.

2.      For pre checking check first the machine of the user in the Connectwise.

3.      Check the highlighted for reference.

4.     

5.      Check last contact, Device uptime ,Last heartbeat.

6.      Also check the status of the machine. Use cmd> ping 8.8.8.8 and system info for double checking the last

9.      Once all done checking.

10.  Proceed to remote the user and check all the status of his Citrix app and Citrix Web browser.

11.  Once you are done checking with the user.

12.   Reboot his office machine and wait until it boots up.

13.  Test it out again if the user now can login.

14.  User can now login with his office machine.



Post checking

1. Once the user is logged in and confirmed can remote in. you can also check in connectwise and citrix cloud.



Remote desktop
1. Check for the portal azure and host pool. Then check for the active session of the user.
