You may get request like:
1) MYOB app not launching
2) Unable to open MYOB app on my PC.
You may follow the steps as follows:
1) Remote into user's PC.
2) Open the task manager and see if multiple session is running for MYOB apps. please end those tasks
3) After doing this, we still need help from system team to login into server and see if they can kill the sessions from the backend.
4) Once they do that, user is able to restart the MYOB app on their PC.
5) Please ask user to always "Exit" the MYOB app after use so all the session gets killed once they are not using it. This will help prevent issues.
