Segantii Servers | Eze Remote Access request

Overview: There will be incoming requests from Eze to remote into Segantii Servers. Service Desk/Support Team can go ahead and grant Eze access using Ezesoft Bomgar Button.

Client: Segantii / Eze

Steps:

1. Eze will mention in the email/ticket which Eze servers they wish to connect.
2. Once we identify which server, we will remote into it from CW using Eze Service Account. 
3. Once logged in, from the desktop, locate and launch “Ezesoft Bomgar Button” icon. 
 
4. A screen will appear and select “Connect with Support Team” 

 
5. Eze will now be able to join the session to do the work.
6. You may now close the CW session, please be careful, DON’T close any other window in the server.
