Symantec | How to perform full-scan on a device/machine

Overview:
We might need to perform a full scan on a device or a machine in an event that the client received a suspicious email/malware attack

Steps:

1.Logged into GCCHKPMM01

2. Open Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager


3. Login to SEPM. Credential is in here - devo -> Systems -> Symantec -> Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager


4. Go to Clients > Hong Kong


5. Right Click on your selected device > Run Command on Computers > Scan > Yes > Select Full Scan Press OK.
6. To check the status of the scan go to Monitors > Command Status
