VAM | Citrix Workspace
Objective: This article will show you how to install and log in to Citrix Workspace and how to set-up 2FA.

Steps:
1. Download the Citrix Workspace app from the link below on your personal laptop or home PC.
2. Choose the operating system of your personal laptop or home PC.
3. Click the download button.
4. Once the installer is downloaded, run it to start the installation.
5. Once installed, launch Citrix Workspace and enter the URL: https://coveapps.cloud.com and click Continue.
6. Since this is your first time logging in, you need to set-up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication). Click Don't have a token?
7. Enter your username using this format: VAM\username (e.g. VAM\arnaud.carcel) then click Next
8. You will receive an email with verification code; enter the code and your domain password and click “Next”.
9. You will see the page below. Download Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device then scan the QR code. It will then create the 2FA token in the “Microsoft Authenticator” app.
Click Finish and Sign in.
10. Enter your username: VAM\username (e.g. VAM\arnaud.carcel)
Password: Your Domain password
Password Token: Enter the token code found in your MS Authenticator App.
Click Sign in
11. You will now see your Office PC under Desktops pane. Click on the icon to launch your remote session.
In Case the workspace looks empty
1) Check AD, user to be added into VAM-HK-DG-CTX-DT.
-Check Azure as well if it syncs in(this will take abit of time to sync)

2) Login to https://citrix.cloud.com/go/crystalbay
-Check the machine if its tagged to user(ignore the highlight)
3) Inform the user to re-login.
