Purpose
Purpose of the article is to assist SD/CSA to identify if a user has access or not in a SharePoint folder. The Cheat Sheet is continuously being updated to contain the current folder permissions.

Never add a user to a SharePoint group without the approval of Shirley/Yusuf.
Never add users as members of the folder or a site. We should always add them to the SharePoint group upon approval of Shirley/Yusuf.
The Cheat Sheet is the single source of truth when it comes to ARCM SharePoint permissions.
