We provide remote support, onsite support, and CTO advisory. All these 3 services are on a pay-per-use basis.
Also, we conduct their power down exercise annually and quarterly patching for the sg office.
Remote agent is CrowdStrike.
There is a scheduled patch that will be sent to all users via CrowdStrike. After it is sent, we will check for those that failed to receive the patch and proceed to remediate the devices.

Below is an example for remediation after sorting out.
-sort by Kernel version, we would need to find the KB number and the date.
-should fall under within the quarter, for eg if we are checking for Q1, the KB release date should be within Jan, Feb or Mar.
