Client Overview
Iron Bridge is a cloud one client from Sydney, Australia that uses cloud services. We assist them with all their Office 365 concerns. They do not use SharePoint. Instead, they rely on NetDocuments to handle their file sharing and document storage needs. Our team can support Iron Bridge with NetDocuments setup, ongoing updates, and installing add-ins. If extra help is needed, like creating accounts for NetDocuments or assistance with Action Steps, Julianne Clark is the point of contact for setting up and maintaining these items. Currently, we only provide Level 1 support for NetDocs and Action Steps, as Action Steps is their time management platform for legal professionals.
