Steps
1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin
Center
2. Navigate to the Security admin portal
3. Select Policies and rules
3. Under Threat Management, select
Policy Anti Phishing policy
4. Select Office 365 AntiPhish Default policy
5. Click on edit "protection settings"
6. Select manager sender under impersonation
7. Add the email addresses of
users for impersonation protection
8. Save the changes to apply the
policy.
