NetDocuments Installation Guide

1. Download Required Applications:
- Visit the NetDocuments Direct Download Page.

- Common tools:

  • ndOffice – integrates with Microsoft Office.

  • ndClick – browser integration.

  • ndMail – email integration.

  • ndSync – for syncing documents locally.

2. System Requirements:

- Ensure Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are installed before installing ndOffice.

- Supported browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari.

3. Installation Steps:

- Run the installer (MSI or EXE).

- Follow prompts to complete setup.

- Restart the system if prompted.

4. Login Setup:

- Bookmark the login page:

  • Australia: https://au.netdocuments.com

 How to Change to the AU Server After Installation

If NetDocuments defaults to another region (e.g., US), you can manually switch to the Australian server:

1. Login URL:
- Use https://au.netdocuments.com directly.

2. ndSync Configuration:
- Open ndSync from the system tray.
- Click the gear icon → Settings.
- Change the service URL to au.netdocuments.com.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. Common Issues:

- Login problems: Check correct region URL.

- ndOffice not working: Ensure Office is installed and updated.

- Sync issues: Verify ndSync settings and service URL.

2. Logs & Diagnostics:

- Logs are stored in:

  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\NetDocuments\Logs

- Use these for diagnosing issues with add-ins or sync.
