We have removed the Poly Studio in their meeting room.
They are now using a Logitech Rally Advanced Conferencing System connected to a mini-PC (VAMHKVC01)
Logitech Rally Advanced Conferencing System
Account used in VAMHKVC01 is meeting.room
meeting.room is a user account with E3 license. (it has Outlook mailbox, calendar and Teams)
They will also need to include this Room Resource when forwarding the Calendar Invite in order for them to determine if the meeting room is available or not.
